Default i had no idea..

how many carbs are in a bowl of raw almonds, organic seedless raisins & organic fair trade dark chocolate chips... i have not eaten any of these things (save a few handfuls of raw almonds) in over a month...but it is that time of the month and i just really needed a sweet something (ive been pretty close to sugar free for a month now) and since i had nothing else in the house i made a little snack mix. YIKES. totally screwed my days LCing... it had like 60g of carbs (wish i had calculated before hand!).. the rest of my day i had less than 15.. i ate so well! lots of fat, good protein, low carbs.
oh well, tomorrow is another day, right? *sigh*

Well, lesson learned, at least you know now not to overindulge in that snack. Just the almonds would have been fairly low in carbs, so maybe next time you feel the urge you can make some sweetened roasted almonds using a "legal" sweetener instead?

Depending on what your CCLL is you might not have done too much "damage", so just carry on as before. You might get extra cravings so be prepared with plenty of "legal" foods to nibble on if needed.

Ya, raisins do damage, man, heh. But hey. You live and learn. And really, better than a donut. Tomorrow IS another day, so buck up. You gained valueable experience.
