Can someone tell me what is the basic difference
between CAD and CALP? I've tried Atkins many,
many times and cannot stick to it. After a few
days I feel really wierd and have to quit. I believe
I can do this one. I just don't understand how
they differ...Thanks.

CAD is the older plan, CALP is newer. CALP has more emphasis on BALANCE in the RM, and the RM starts with a salad.
