Default Flax muffin question...

For, shall we put it delicately, "intestinal issues", I started eating a flax muffin for breakfast. It was the one minute, low carb version. Immediately my weight loss stalled and has stayed stuck for over three weeks. I am assuming the muffin is to blame.

Any suggestions for dealing with constipation issues AND breaking the stall? I stopped the flax two days ago (yes, I miss it... but I love fruit as my RM carb) and am missing it for many reasons...

Same dang thing happened to me with the stall thing...I take about 1000mg of magnesium right before bed every night and that keeps me regular as can be. You might want to start w/ 500 mg, I take a larger amount for perimenopausal reasons...

Those flax muffins were good too!!!!!
