Thanks Arnie! The article was supposed to be out on the 15th and I assumed I missed it because I was away.

BTW, I'm going to be on Vicki Gabereau on April 8th. Not low carb, but a segment on food and wine pairing.

Sadly no! The show is live to tape and it was taped on Friday. There were four of us in the kitchen and we stayed focusssed on the topic. She did mention that I was a shadow of my former self though because she new what I looked like before.

I think she's a riot too!
