Question update

Hello all you lowcarbers,

Just throught I would give you an update on myself, I have come to terms with the fact that Im going to put on weight while pregnant, I am how ever finding out as much as possible about lowcarbing for after baby is born.

Im off to town tomorrow to buy Protein Power, I have heard that this is a good book and will maybe produce my own diet from Protein Power and Atkins, are there any people out there following Protein Power? I would really like to get some feed back on it, Ohh and Im now 30 weeks pregnant, so Im counting down,

I have such good intentions for after the baby is born, but I will probley be so focused on baby that nothing will be Lost for a while, but hey thats life, and it does go on,

Now tell me the % at the bottom of every bodys name, location and so on is that the percentage that you have managed to lose.
and does it do it itself or do you guys put it in,

Dont write me off just yet Im having heaps of fun following everybodys eles progress, Thanks, Bambi

Protein Power is a great book, as is the follow up book Protein Power Life Plan.
The percentage thing is done automatically, everytime you update your profile with your new current weight.
