Constipated and now Diarrhea in only 4 days...?

This is my 4 day in Ketosis and I have diarrhea, it doesn't feel nice at all, is this normal? becuase last week when I started the diet I was feeling somehow a little constipated, so this is strange...

What should I do? less FAT and more Carbs/fiber? MY Net Carbs the past two days has been like 12g. is that the reason?, or am I getting alarm for something that is just normal during "induction"?

Are you eating frankenfoods or lc stuff like bars? The sugar alcohols can cause diareah

Diarrhea counts as this symptom?

Thanks for the posts, and No I am not eating any of them. I will have to be more specific, I wouldn't call it diarrhea, because I am not running to the bathroom all the time, it was more like I went to the bathroom and was very very loose. Does this count as Diarrhea? I hope no-one dislikes how specific I am, but I get very worry with stuff like this vs. other people that I feel they just can wait few days to find out.
