Default Mrs. Winners question? Help again! :-)

I cheated a few days ago with one Mrs. Winners chicken biscuit and a medium (16 oz coke) ...yes I was having a bad day.

bUt worst of all , I can't find the nutritional information anywhere. I e-mailed the corporate office, I called hte resturants, and no one seems to know anything.

Any advice! Please don't tell me to just forget it. I am a serious numbers person and this is driving me crazy not knowing how much I did cheat. That is one of the reasons why I don't sheat, because it is too hard to find out the information I need to keep me happy! :-) OK, yes I am a little neorotic!

Anyway, if anyone stops a McDonalds for just the patty as a treat, their website is darn user friendly!

Just customize your order and take everything away but the patty

100 calories / 0 carbs

The cheese is 50 cal / 1 carb

You can do this to all menu items at Mcdonalds. I wish Mrs. Winners had something like this.

You say "don't tell me to just forget it", but really, what choice do you have????

You can't UN-eat it. It's doing you NO good to obsess about it, in fact doing so may well lead you to FURTHER cheats out of frustration.

If a "chicken biscuit" is similar to a chicken sandwich, use that as a guideline. Any similar product to what you ate would be close enough if you REALLY need a number to beat yourself up with...

You're doing fine. Dust yourself off and start anew!

LOL Not only did I cheat but my spelling is terrible!

I think the chicken sandwich Idea is perfect until I can find the real numbers. AT least it will keep me sane until I can find the numbers I need.

LOL What is really funny about me, is that I don't use the numbers to beat myself up...I just have to have them to sastify my daily log! I guess I should have been an accountant. I can't stand not accounting for something.

Thank you for the chicken sandwich idea!

You should really try to let it go. You can't go back and not eat it. And no matter what the numbers are it's done with. Just focus on now. Find a decription in fitday that is close. Good luck.
