Is there any way to track your daily salt intake on MyPlan?

it's the sodium component on the daily summary.

If you add a new custom food, make sure you include the sodium. Hope that helps!

Okay, I saw that, but didn't know if there was a way to do a report. I've been having a lot of bloating issues and wanted to see if my fluctuations in weight are corresponding with a higher salt intake. I was hoping to not have to do it on a day-to-day basis, but I guess I do.

Yes, there is a way to track sodium intake. On the page where My P.L.A.N. shows your daily summary, just click on the words "View Detailed Report" that you see right under the bottom green bar. You will get a report on just about everything you can imagine!

After I learned about this, I edited each of my custom foods to include the sodium content.

HTH!

ETA: You could make a note of your daily sodium intake in the My P.L.A.N. notes section. When you click on "View Notes," it shows you a full weeks' worth of notes at one time.
