I keep trying to find vitamins without cellulose because I'm pretty sure it is sawdust. I figure since I don't have the digestive track of a goat, I would rather not have it.

Meme, You might want to check out https://www.altrumonline.com/. I use these vitamins. Read for your self and see what you think. You can PM me if you have question. I have been using there Multi Vitamins, D3, and their Phytonutrient Support. I know where a better price for them is at also.

Just to clarify, carpenter ants and and paper wasps don't eat sawdust or wood. Termites, however, do eat wood. I find sawdust delicious in a smoothie with some almond "milk" and a bit of Splenda, a nice piquant taste with lots of fiber . . .

I am guilty as charged, a definite carbophobic, eating what is now called a ketogenic diet even though that is not what it was called back in the dark ages when I started eating this way. Even Freud said that there is such a thing as realistic fear. Being afraid of carbs keeps me healthy so I would say this is a realistic fear similar to looking both ways before I cross the street due to my fear of moving cars. So I am not only a carbophobic I am also a carophobic .

I'm lucky in that my primary care doctor started low carb a couple years ago. My new diabetes NP is a different story. When she looked at my food/bg log, she said I should be counting net carbs, not total. We agreed to disagree because she's otherwise good at what she does.
