Alumni Football Game...HELP!
Yes, you read that right! I've signed up to play in an alumni football game. I don't know when but its been rumored as soon as 2 months. If I had not just lost 100 pounds I would not be considering this at all! In only about 15 pounds from my high school/football weight actually but am no where near "in-shape" I'd say.
So...what can I do? Lol! Start walking/running every day? Light weight training? Gotta do something..ha!
