I am having Problems uploading a before photo. I have gone into gallery and upload but the option to chose the file my image is in is blanked out. What do I do?

When I'm preparing to post a photo somewhere online, I usually drag it onto my desktop from whatever file it might be in. I just find it simpler, although when I looked just now, none of my files are grayed or blanked out to prevent me from selecting photos from them.

You might look at the photo and make sure it has the correct extension, such as jpg. When you're in upload, there's a link you can click on to see what extensions are acceptable.

Just a couple of suggestions, although I'm not sure either addresses the situation that's preventing your upload.

Think that the problem is that I am trying to do it from my iPad. Tried photos on another site and same problem. Will access from my laptop later.
