I feel way too fat to be in photographs. I avoid cameras like the plague.

You may feel fat but guess what? you are not fat!!

Time to face the truth and see that you are truly not fat....your mental image of yourself is not a true one. Show yourself and let us help you to see that.

I'm still working on those photos, judy.

I've had my weigh-in and am down another lb. Not my usual 2lbs but still it's moving in the right direction.

I've noticed that my protein intake has dropped because I'm fuller. I used to eat the whole fish when I roasted a bream but now I can only eat half of it. I think it's because I'm having sweet potato and butternut squash with it, so that makes it more filling. Similarly, I can only eat one fillet each meal now.

Is this normal? Carbs increase; protein decreases.

Anyroad, the plan for this week is to add another portion of starchy veg. So I'd be on 2 fruits and 2 starches. If I continue to lose, then I might stay on that level for a few weeks.

Maybe its normal for you.

What I do know is that we consume pretty much the same level of food each day and that when we up a food, it will cause another food to lessen.

The good news is that you are continuing to lose and 1 lb a week at your weight is excellent!!

Get workin' on those pics young lady!!
