Exclamation !! HELP!! I'm a Jello Junkie!

Sooo how bad is it if I eat 2 servings of Jello every day?? Is it something to do with my old cravings for sweets? If I let myself, I would probably eat as much as 1 pkg of SF Jello makes.. in just a days time. SOMEBODY STOP ME Oh hey! that color kinda looks like cherry sf Jello!
Seriously tho.. will this affect my loss... right now I'm losing a 3-4 lbs a week.. I dont want to blow it!

Question How much Jello?

Hi Tracey

Watch out, the jello monster is coming to catch you!

If you are losing 3 to 4 pounds a week, then at the moment eat the jello all you like.

Is your jello sweetened with Splenda or aspartmene?

If the latter some are sensitive to that and it slows thier weight loss. When your weight loss really drops off, then that is the time to look again at what you are eating and then you may need to cut back on it, but for the moment, with the weight loss you are experiencing, I would not worry about it.

Thanks Anne

I have only been able to find the SF Jello brand gelatin and its sweetened with aspartame.. so far I have a few things in my diet sweetened with that and havent had adverse affects on my weight loss.. Cant say it will always be like that, so i will be watching for a slow down and then kick the jello habit a bit.

Happy Lo-carbing my friend!!

Default you can make it with splenda

You can use Knox Gelatin, flavour crystals (unsweetened Kool-aid) and Splenda to avoid the aspartame trap. I recall a recipe somewhere on here from months ago. You can make gummi worms with it too.
