Default 02/10 South Beachers, what have you been eating today?

Menu: Phase II

B: Two pieces turkey bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes,eggs
S: none *eeek*
L: Lamb chop with salad and balsamic/lemon olive oil dressing
S: none *double eeek*
D: Leftover chilli (no beans) with a huge salad with sprinkling of fetta cheese and olives, yogurt and mint dressing.
S: Small apple

Water: 100 floz

l - turkey cobb salad, red wine vinegarette dressing

Pam...just one comment really...where are your veggies? You should be having at least half a cup of veg with your breakfast

b=1TB Peanutbutter & jelly on 1 sl of Ezekiel Bread,1c 1% milk for tea.

sn=salsa on celery

l=2 chicken legs on steamed zucchini with Parm Cheese.

sn=1/2 c s/f pudding

d=salad w) dress.,catfish gumbo,1/2 c brown rice,1 c brocolli on the side

des-1/2 c applesauce on 2 rice crackers

exercise; 35min on stationary bike

B: 2 eggs +1 white, coffee, splenda, h&h
snack: 1c yogurt + 3 strawberries
L; tuna on salad, water,
snack: almonds (about 10),
dinner: cauliflower mashed w/sm amt butter and some milk (I'm not very hungry...stomach thing going around; hope I don't get it!!)

phase II day for me.
b- 1/2 cup s/f yogurt, coffee w/ ff H&H and splenda. ind salmon and hb egg w/ lt mayo, cucumber and tomato
s- 1/3 cup lentils (very filling!)
l- uhoh....forgot to eat...was very busy today and not hungry
s- 1 oz lite jarlsberg, small bag soy crisps
d- 6 ozs steak w/ brussel sprouts and mashed cauliflower( did not come out as good as all the other times I made it, so did not eat much at all) 1/2 cup lentils

I usually do have lots of veggies. I love them. Must have missed them that morn.
