Default Whats better Egg/Meat fast or Fat fast ??

I was just wondering what most of you think is better in resaults a fat fast or a egg/meat fast. i have tried the egg/meat one and it seemed to work great.(" I do understand that some do not like to do fasts but This post is just to see what has worked and what has not realy worked for others") I just wanted to add that incase of some heated moments

So what do you think ?

I haven't tried any of the fasts atmasters, but I'm thinking about it, if only to "goose" my system into getting rid of some of the weight I've regained recently.

I'll be checking back to see what the "experts" have to say too

I have only done the ff but I may try the meat egg thing over the next few weeks. The ff worked great for me and I have kept the weight off. Check out the differences in the menu and just see which appeals to you more foodwise.
