Now, let me explain. Last year we were all jumping on board to join year long challenges.
There was eye on the Prize 2009

I think I joined them all. we all rushed to join them. Now, I can't speak for others, but I pretty much failed miserably at them, and ended up 2009 13 lbs heavier than when I started.
So far in the new year of 2010, I haven't seen anyone start a year long challenge. Mine isn't so much a challenge as a commitment. Just still be here at the end of the year, showing some kind of commitment and dedication. simple, right??

The first number I posted behind my name is my weight jan 1. as the year goes on, I am committed to removing the month, and putting in my weight, hopefully in descending numbers!
And I welcome all the ppl from previous year long challenges to join me.
I'm really trying to make 2010 the year I finally get things right and succeed.

lol, it's funny how our persception changes.

Recently i had a convo with a friend. She's about 5'2, 235 lbs, years ago, she had gone to WW, when she weighed 135-140 lbs! Now she wonders what the hell she was trying to get down to! she would have been mid 20's.

I'm back in again this year.
Last year I kept my weight under 150 for the whole year and this year my goal is to stay under 140 for the entire 12 months.

I was going to wait until Jan 15th for my weigh in. Are we using mid month weights again?

This was very motivating for me last year.

I'm in. In 2008 I ended the year down 76lbs. In 2009 I ended the year up 29lb. I am hoping to get down to 160 by the end of 2010.
