Hi - I am new to this forum. I am starting a LC eating plan again after gaining around 20kgs (44 pounds) over the last 5 years. I was last on a LC plan around 11 years ago when I lost 10kgs and maintained it for a number of years. Life has been a bit up and down for me over the last few years and I had stopped caring so much about myself both physically and emotionally - But that is going to change! So here I am I am hoping to lose 20kgs by my birthday which is about 5 months away and then maintain my goal weight permanently.
