Default stopping supplements slows metabolism

Anyone using weight loss supplements that have stopped and had trouble losing weight from slow metabolisms or weight gain after stopping??????? I want to try but dont want to be stuck on them forever.

Why do you feel you need the supplements?

Seems to me that just about any time we artificially speed up our body, there's a payback on the other end.
