Default Bahamian Cole Slaw

1/4 head of green cabbage shredded fine
1 carrot shredded thru a grater
1/2 medium onion minced
1 medium red ripe tomato sliced finely
dash of hot sauce
3/4 cup to 1 cup of Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of sugar (to wilt cabbage)
2T of splenda
salt and pepper to taste
1T celery seed

Combine all ingredients. Let cole slaw sit for an hour to wilt and soften. Adjust seasonings.
Serve.
