NOT GOING ANYWHERE FAST
Can anyone offer me help (or consolation) on this? I've been on Power Plan for three weeks now and have lost less than 1 pound. I am absolutely rigid on measuring what I eat. I keep the calorie count under 1500 and the carb count under 30. I'm drinking 8 glasses of water a day and walking a half hour every day. Strength training 3 days a week. Been doing that for about three months anyway. I got on the scale this morning and cried. It is so depressing. Can anyone relate to this or offer any advice?
