I went to the big Asian market yesterday and bought a nice fresh 1/2 duck. I baked it in the oven in a cast iron skillet with 1" of bacon fat and it was amazing!

Monday was guest's new four cheese pizza and a side salad. It was so look good! I wouldn't make.it.a.staple, it's a very processed food, but for a treat i.highly reccomend.

Had a 10 oz steak and half a can of Grillin' Beans. I know it's not low carb, but I stopped doing low carb 5 weeks ago and started bodybuilding (lifting weights). I've gained 3 pounds in 5 weeks. It's mostly water and muscle.

Yikes- sorry for weird typos in last post. My iPad has some really funky autocorrects.

Saturday was night out- had grilled shrimp tacos (ditched tortillas of course) with a creamy slaw and avocado dressing
Glass of pino grigio

Sunday I went out for big brunch and wasn't really hungry. Had bbq protein chips with garlic dip, and bell peppers. Also had some sf cocoa.
