Had hamburgers again tonight but this time with salad with dressing, brussels sprouts with butter and salt.

I've begun to use different mustards instead of ketchup (Dijon, horseradish, spicy brown). Sometimes I mix them with mayo or olive oil. Tonight I had horseradish mustard on my hamburger and dressed my salad with olive oil and Dijon mustard. Everything was yummy!

Last night we had Chinese take-out. I got steamed mixed Chinese vegetables with shrimp and black bean sauce on the side (I dribbled two tablespoons on my food). Big tall cup of hot decaf tea to go with it.

Hamburger with mustard, olives, baby dill pickle, sliced tomato, and buttered and salted steamed broccoli florets on the side. Cup of decaf coffee and cream for "dessert."

Takeout night from KFC: Two thighs and a drumstick with skin pulled off, 1/2 serving of cole slaw, a cup of my own homemade steamed broccoli florets with salt and a pat of butter, and a 6 oz. dish of Carb Smart vanilla ice cream for dessert.
