NYC Get together (not challenge)

Hey guys! I'm about an hour from NYC, and I know that there are more of you close by. It's an easy place to get to, a lot of things to do....

Was thinking about a summer low carber get together. Some eating, and fun activities. Suggestions here? Something somewhat active would be nice, maybe dancing or.....?

I don't have a specific date in mind. Maybe a weekend in July or August... Or.....
