Well well well I have successfully completed 6 of my 1st 12 week BFL challenge and I have to admit I am greatly pleased. I am definately going to finsh this challenge and start a 2nd! The results are in................... below is my before & after stats. Sure wish I had pictures to show you but I am a believer! This REALLY works

Keep it up I am living proof that it works. Am I going to be a supermodel in 12 weeks?? Not even cose but I am already down 4 pant sizes. I love this program! It works and I feel better, stronger, and more energetic than I have in years.
