Location: WASHINGTON STATE

When to start ckd?

I have been doing atkins for 2 months. I want to switch to the ckd. My question is how should I switch over?
Just start next monday with the a.m. cardio then carb up on the weekend?

Start whenever you are ready! I would suggest it be a Monday so you go through the whole week. Just like you said, start with AM cardio. Let s know how you do!!!
