Sounds yummy, and a great treat while others are eating sweets and so forth this time of year.

202 lbs on the scale today. It is going slowly, but inching closer. My average calories are around 1500; compared to under 1100 when I was losing at a much faster rate in the summer. Oh well, I am not complaining as long as it is going in the right direction and considering the time of year.

Well it will be Christmas in a couple of days, this year it snuck up on me. We will be back at Patty's on Christmas Eve.

My calories are usually around 1500 as well, but yesterday I ended up eating alot of food that wasn't on plan. I always hate it when i do that.

My son is coming over later to watch football, although I'm not much of a fan it will be nice to see him. The rest of the family makes up for my lack of enthusiasm, LOL

Vickie, congratulations on the loss.
Judy, oh yeah it's coming faster and faster.

I'm doing laundry like crazy trying to get ready to make the jaunt to SC.
Always 2nd guessing what the weather will be there versus here and what clothing to wear.

bacon, eggs, bran muffin, unsweet tea.
snacks tonight, Mexican cheese, corn chips to melt it on, almonds, small piece of coke a cola chocolate cake for our 46th wedding anniversary.
Won't eat any more of it, too sweet for me.
That won't be a problem, my husband loves chocolate and he'll polish it off before we go to SC.

N2L, praying for safe travels for you to SC. I hope you don't have any bad weather on the way. When do you plan to leave and how long will you be staying? Do you have family in SC?

jmh, I am not a huge fan of football either. I just tolerate it while everyone watches it LOL. I usually find something else to do.

We won't be doing any traveling everyone is coming here. Makes it kind of nice except for the prep and clean up. Oh well. People usually contribute when they come.

Today is wrapping day and I will be making Chex Mix, oyster crackers with Ranch mix and Sugar Cookies, and branschweiger dip over the next couple of days. We decided to have soup and snacks for Christmas instead of the big turkey dinner. I will have the turkey and stuff on the 28th for DH's family. Thankfully, there will be a large number of people to help eat the carby snacks. I figure I can have a "taste" and not get too far off track.

Today's weight: 201.6

Just wanted to jump in and say Merry Christmas. I hope everyones Holiday is exactly what they expected it to be.

Have a safe trip N2L.

It sounds like you are ready for your guests Vicki. The appetizers sound delicious. Hopefully they won't expect a Turkey dinner.

We're back at Patty's this afternoon, then we go to Candlelight Service this evening at Church.

Myrt, congrats on the WW lifer.

I got derailed big time the last few days and am back to square one on my way to onederland. Hopefully what I did gain was only water weight.

I was 142.4 this morning. That's the lightest since 1997. Doc wants my goal to be 140# at home so I just have a little more to go. I wrote on my journal about exercise and how I'm doing emotionally. Too much to write 2 times. Take care everyone and Happy New Year!!! myrt

Well today I went and ordered some LC food online. It'll take me awhile to get my hands on it, but it will be easier to bake. And it should last awhile.

Today has been a lazy day. Took a walk this morning, and did some laundry and cleaning up. I live on a dirt road so my floors take a beating. I also live with guys so my bathrooms take a beating.

My eating has not been too bad. I haven't went off plan for the last couple of days. I need to get online and get some help in creating a great LC Dessert. I'm hungry for something I just don't know what.

Congratulations Myrt on the weightloss. You should be proud of yourself.

It shouldn't take you too long to take the weight back off Vicki. I know how frustrating it can get, don't give up. Have a great week everyone

Needed more sleep, didn't get it.

Myrt, 140? Wow, that is low. How tall are you? I haven't weighed 140 since I was a kid LOL. I am 5'6'' last I checked. The lowest I have gotten as an adult was upper 160s. I am shooting for 180 for now.
