Default Pumpkin Soup - delicious!
I found this recipe on Taste.com.au, made it twice and loved it both times. It does have one potato in it so if you're not too carb strict it would be ok as the whole soup serves 6, otherwise just leave it out.

There's quite a few recipes in our forums for pumpkin soups, without potato. They're all very good. I like pumpkin with spicy sausage.
