This WOE is really working. I thought it would be difficult for me because the lack of choices pertaing to food.....but surprise surprise surprise.

There are so many things to eat and snack on it blew my mind. I started this WOE on 01/01/03 and have lost 4 lbs to date. I walk every day and drink tons of water. I log everything on my journal on http://www.fitday.com it is so incredible.

I just wanted to pass this information on to everyone out there. I feel wonderful and with every passing day I grow more confident.

Hope you all have a healthy and successful 2003.

Rita

Yes there really are a lot of choices of great things to eat. And you can finally eat with no guilt. Isn't that great!

Talking You Go Girl!

Wow! You're doing soo good! I am so glad you joined this board.

I have other friends with whom I've spoken about this great way of life. They go at it all alone for a couple of days, think it's too hard and quit. I really owe any success I've had to the support I have received here.

You're doing better than me. I have to force water down and I'm just begining to think about the exercise thing . I have two dogs I could be walking.....hmmmm

Ok.. now I really have to clean

I know for me, the first time I tried LCing, I lost 25lbs and it was easy becuase I was doing so with a friend.

I stopped, and eventually went back to my patoto chip scarfing ways and gained all the weight back and more.

I've tried a time or two to LCE again....but haven't succeeded.

I too am glad this forum exists so that I have a community and can gain encouragement.
