Default FFP ~ Cran-Water Question....

I have started drinking this for 2 days now....and I have horrible heartburn....anyone else have this from the cran-water? Nothing else has changed except for that......my tummy feels really acidic and sore.....and I keep belching up the taste of the cran-water.

I guess I will just stick to lemon or lime juice in my water.

Make sure you are making the cranwater correctly: 8 oz unsweetened juice to 56 oz water. You can dilute it further if you wish (say, 8oz juice to 100 oz water) but you will need to drink it all.

Acceptable but-not-so-effective alternatives to unsweetened cranberry juice are unsweetened pomegranate juice (4 oz juice to 60 oz water) or apple cider vinegar (4 Tbsp vinegar to 64 oz water).

HTH!

nope, sorry - they would be considered P3 sweeteners.
