Hello. I am back. I used to come here about a year ago. I never lost weight on the change of eating for like 7 months but its ok because i think it was my fault, not the low carber style. I drank beer a lot and I wasnt suppose to. But now I have decided to give up the beer and go for Dr. Phils Rapid to maintenance. Man I am starving; but I have to gain discipline in my life and eat to live not live to eat. So i'll be posting in here. Talk to me!! Stella J
Okay, so you've decided to do Dr. Phil's program, which is not low carb?? Why can't you just do Atkins, South Beach, Carb Addicts or some other low carb plan and work on following it closely??
