They will weigh you , ask questions about how you feel and draw blood from your arm. Just hold your breath , be still and close your eyes. It will be all over in 15 seconds. It's not so bad . Hope all is well and let us know how it goes.

I'm with Chari - don't look. I always ask them to tell me right before the stick & then I look away & hum/distract myself. Plus - you know - a good health care person with practiced technique & modern (smaller?) needles makes a lot of difference - it's way better/less painful than it used to be.

So Courage - you can do it!
