Another clean out the fridge quiche - this one with tomato, feta, blue cheese and mozzarella - (I know, sounds pretty odd, but it's really delicious).

1/2 cup plain yogurt
Dash of cinnamon

2 Tbsp. Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp spinach
1/4 cup raw almonds
Dash of rum extract
6 ice cubes

Blended in Nutribullet for 30 seconds, served cold.

I will heat this up next time, Yum!!!

A hot smoothie? I dunno

However, I've gotten into whey smoothies as a mid-afternoon meal, one of 2 for the day, and that's been working well so far.
