Today is the BF's b-day and tomorrow I am starting a 30-day challenge à-la Mark's Daily Apple: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/the-.../#axzz1nbAQmHUa

I've been in a stall (totally due to my own lack of sticking to plan) and am hoping this will re-start my loss. Anybody else thinking about doing a March challenge and want to join in? These are the stats I'll check again in a month - now off to stock up on veggies, meat, and coconut oil!

I don't know the actual diet you are doing, but would like to do a March challenge.

Hi NewYear - if you click on the link in the first post it'll take you to the 'rules' of the challenge. As far as eating goes, it's basically cutting out all grains, dairy, alcohol, and junk food. There's also guidelines for exercise - I'm going to aim for a good sprint once a week, probably on Saturday mornings - and lifestyle.

Nice to see you, and here's to a month of clean eating!

Bookish..great idea. Mark's Primal Blueprint challenge is a bit more flexible (some cheese, chocolate, wine OK) than the well known, more hard core Whole30 program, found at a different website, whole9life. The thread title might be a bit confusing, but you'll do well on either one.
