Im so bored right now....no one is really chatting in the forum boards....well guess im starting atkins over again...i think i need to find a buddy to help motivate me or something....im trying to lose 10-20 pounds by may 21 so i need a strict induction.....its going to be really hard.....im glad i free'd myself of my SF candy addiction now i just have to pray not to eat a granny smith apple or strawberries....

Hi 2cute4you 04! I am glad that you are choosing Atkins again!
You should be able to lose the weight that you want to now by May 21st.
If you follow a strict Induction you will get there!
Don't eat the candies, the fruit, or any of the other things that are not allowed and you can definitely do this.
If you have any problems, I will help. I have been doing this since March of 2004. I have fell off but I got back on in February of 2005. I have had my problems with it this time, so I can give you tips, and stratagies to help if you run into any problems.
I wish you luck and I know that you can do this!

Go to www.atkins.com and read all the info on Induction. I am sure that you probably have, but it never hurts to go over the information again, and again.
I am always reading the info, that way I don't forget it!
