Lightbulb metabolic inhibators, a must read

I recently read these two articles from ATKINS about some meds that can inhibit one ability to loose weight, even when on a low carb diet. I only share this for those who may be struggling alittle harder, even though you are following a low carb diet and exercise regime and not loosing much weight. I'm on Zoloft, have been for 2 years and have also been on the low carb, high protein diet. I exercise (swimming or walking) everyday for an hour, as I always have over the past 2 years. But, I'm going to try and wean off this med and try a natural alternative, called "SAM-e." Anyway, thought I'd share this site....which you can click on, if you want to. Happy trails,

Hi jdringer,

The links don't work? I corrected the spelling on the main URL, but still reports page not found.

Wa'il,

First link works for me now, but second link has too many numbers at the end. Probably should be

http://atkinscenter.com/Archive/2001/12/21-394348.html
for estrogen and metabolic resistance

and for other types of drugs
http://atkinscenter.com/Archive/2001/12/21-259254.html

Great stuff though.

Thanks JDRinger!
