Question Extra breakfast carbs on hi intensity days

I was interested in opinions on whether it would be ok if I ate 1 cup of multi gran cereal on workout days. With three days being full body curcuit 3 sets (~50 minutes) and 30 minutes cardio put me at about 90 minutes total workout time. One cup is about 40 grams carbs of which 3.9 grams are fiber which yeilds about 36 grams carbs. I kind of think that I would burn through these carbs pretty fast. I noticed that I when I done this weight training goes much more smoothly - otherwise I feel kind of weak. I usually have the cereal with half and half and some splenda.

Regards,
Lux
