I have used chicken patties and mayo as a snack (chicken patties from one of the grain free gourmet cookbooks)
And I have added dried unsweetened coconut and powdered xylitol and nuts (and sometimes goji berries) to melted unsweetened chocolate, and formed it into balls once cooled.
I've made little 3" tortillas from med ground millet flour, and dunked them in guacamole, or bruschetta (raw onions and garlic supposed to be helpful).
Of course, I'm also the girl who will pan fry sliced beef tenderloin and eat it like popcorn...
