Default SB Sweet Treat Suggestion

Hi all....found these in the grocery store yesterday and wanted to share....Can go toward the 100 cal sweet treat category. They're only 14 calories each and VERY good I think....they're small so a couple or more doesn't hurt - or you can spread them out perhaps during the day.

Those look good :-). Lucky for me, I'm living abroad at the moment so I can't get these .

Seriously, though, I'm trying to really keep it whole foods based, so my "sweet treat" (I'm on Phase 2) is plain lowfat yogurt with chopped up fruit and a sprinkle of nuts. I'm actually finding this to be very satisfying and it's helping me to break my addiction for chocolate and empty sweets in the evening hours.
