I bought some K and then realized the main ingredient was from chickpeas and another carb which I can't remember (maybe tapioca or rice starch).

This one your taking is derived from ground rice hulls as the first ingredient listed and did you know it even has sugar in it?

IDK until they can put Brie or Camembert in a pill, I guess I'll just keep eating the cheeses.

Edit looking at the site again he also mentions that K is poorly absorbed from veggies but on the list of foods with K he only lists veggies to compare what one of their pills would equal.
It makes me think that either Brie is through the roof in K as compared to these pills or they are vegetarian and would not eat cheese so why list it.(ignorance is bliss)
That was the problem pills I bought, someone on the forum told me that it's probably a vegetarian supplement and it was....
