Set a big goal for yourself...running a 5K...running a 10K....going on a hard hike. And set small goals...like increasing the amount you lift for a given exercise...or the number of reps...or how you feel at the end of a spin class.

And always keep your eye on the big picture...fitness will enhance your enjoyment of life, and will allow you to stay active for a long time.

Not motivated, no workouts. What are you afraid of? Get some pictures of models in fashions and imagine yourself in those very outfits. Tape them on a bulletin board and make a promise to yourself that you’re tired of not being in shape. It works.
