Default Report Your Exercise, Month of Feb. - all are welcome to join

Hi,

Who wants to get a head start on fitness for upcoming spring and summer activities?

I already have a private 'buddy' for documenting daily exercise but thought it would be fun to get a group going. There is strength in numbers

Here is how to join:

I'll start a Member Chart in the next post.

Go to the most recently posted Member Chart. (closest to the end of the thread)
Highlight, and copy it (Ctrl +C)
Click on "Post a Reply" toward the bottom of the page - left hand side
One-click inside the message box that pops up
Paste (Ctrl + V) - you'll see the chart inside the message box now
Enter your name (in alphabetical order) and what benefits you hope to see from exercise. Hit "submit reply".

Here's how to report your exercise:

Starting tomorrow (or with your next exercise session), make an individual post detailing what you did.

Add a line beneath that for the date(s) that you get exercise.

For example, tomorrow's entry might look like:

2/7 Walked 1.2 miles

2/7

Add more dates after "2/7" as you continue to exercise. You should end up with a line something like this: "2/7, 2/8, 2/10, 2/11", etc., to the end of the month.

So, the next day might look like:

2/8 Rode bike at gym 21 minutes

2/7, 2/8

It's pretty easy, if you copy & paste your previous line of dates into your next report of exercise.
