Default Trying to Get on Track with Weights!

So I don't make New Year's resolutions but it just so happens that I need to get back on track with free weights and Monday is the day I'm planning to start. (It's a 5 day program that I usually do Monday through Friday.)

The only thing that really works for my schedule is getting up a half hour earlier in the mornings, which is really difficult for me! Gah.

I saw some pictures of myself and my arms are really shapeless and flabby. I know it's also important for bone density. I somehow need to keep myself motivated.

Anybody else trying to start sticking with an exercise program?

Hey Phoenix! How is it going with your weights workout? I'm trying to establish a walking routine. I'm shooting for 2 short walks a day and hope to increase the distance as I get stronger. I'm also incorporating yoga twice a week.
