It really is! Even when I don't have all of the ingredients on hand (fresh mushrooms, curry powder) it's still delish! And I never made it with the optional xanthum gum because I don't own any. Think I'll be making this sometime this week for sure!

Trying to get back on track..Looking for the recipes that I used and LOVED in the past when I was successfully losing weight. This was one of them. Can't wait to make this again!
