Default LeanGains by Martin Berkhan

I have no business writing about this bodybuilding exercise method, since I do nothing remotely like it. At 67, the Art of Getting Ripped is beyond me

But Martin has written in the area of IF diets for years, and some of the doctors I follow, follow him and are happy to have his bodybuilding techniques in a book. He was designing a 16:8 long before the 8 hour diet was popularized by someone else. https://leangains.com

His new Kindle book was released today for $9.99. Hardcopy to follow. He is an "interesting guy" for sure, read the book description and some posts on his website to know what would be ahead in terms of his colorful language.

The Leangains Method: The Art of Getting Ripped. Researched, Practiced, Perfected.
