Default Murph Challenge - Beginner?

This may not be the best place for this, but my brain went to beginner because that's where I am.

With that being said has anyone done a murph challenge? Primarily what I'm looking for is tips for working up to this challenge. If you're not familiar it is a 1-mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and then another 1 mile run.

I've seen plenty of couch-5k plans, but I want something like a couch-Murph plans. Ha! I could walk a mile right now, not gonna be any running going on with all this weight. I've seen plans of cutting it in half, etc, but i'm wondering if that's even feasible or someone 300+ pounds.

Anyone want to join me??
