Default Dont Let The Weigh Scale Rule Your Life!!

I have found that weigh scales are very deceiving when it comes to finding out your actually level of progress. If your looking at your scale every day, We all know who you are! YOUR DRIVING YOURSELF CRAZY!!! Please please please, buy yourself a skin fold calipers, about $5.00-20.00 and take some body measurements.

To be frank, your body weight increases and decreases on a daily basis depending what you eat, if you go to the bathroom, etc, etc, etc. There is alot of variables involved and it will make you into a scale junkie. You'll develop SCALE BIPOLARISM when dont see progress or make very little. Remember its about how you feel vs what the scale makes you feel. Body fat measurement is a good indicator of where you are at. DONT LET THE SCALE RULE YOUR LIFE.
