Wink Weight training/cardio and Atkins

Do I need to add anything to my diet if I'm doing some weight training and cardio.

I've been doing cardio 3 to 5 times a week (stairmaster at 3.0-4.0 mph) the lower the speed the higher I set the incline.
And weight training on stomach and arms a couple of times a week.

I'm not really losing weight - which is not a big deal but wanted to make sure I'm not stalling myself or hurting myself.

I'm eating about 30 carbs a day and I have trace ketosis.

Thanks
Carrie

Default possible ...

You could be adding muscle and losing fat. Have you taken your measurements and body fat %?

Cool Body fat %'s coming soon

I had taken a body fat test about a year ago and I think it was over 30% - I'll need to take it again to at least get an accurate base line.

After a long weekend of over indulgence, I'm back on track.
