Default Does anyone use SP for hormonal balance?

I was introduced to SP on another forum, and watched the YouTube videos and was intruged. I borrowed a book from the library (the 3rd book) and realized I got the wrong one to start out with!

Anyway, I do need to lose weight, but more importantly, need hormonal balance. Does anyone use SP for that purpose?

I'm baby stepping through SPII. Trying to get healthy. Haven't gotten to hormonal yet but have major problems since my doctor decided I didn't need Premarin anymore. I'm not to that step yet, will go to a HRT center here when I reach that step.
