Default Tuna, sweet pepper and white bean salad

OK, this is one of those things I just threw together because it's what I had on hand, and I really liked it. Yes canned white beans have carbs, but used sparingly they add a lot of flavor, nice texture and juicyness to stuff that might otherwise be blah.

So...

- normal can of water pack tuna
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of canned white beans (like the kind used in pork 'n beans)
- a little juice from the canned beans
- chop up some onion or other crunchy veggie - a couple handfuls
- chop up a red bell pepper
- big lemon wedge
- a little olive oil if you like, not 100% necessary

Mix all the stuff together except the lemon wedge in a big bowl. Squirt with lemon wedge. Eat.
