I think the hardest thing about low carb is getting started. Really making the committment to doing this. But once you start. After about two or three days you feel amazing and invincible. We are all in this together and I want us all to achieve our goals. Thank you for this challenge.

**Been out of sorts for the past few days. A storm blew through Monday evening and caused some major damage to my area. Just got power back this morning. The nice part is that I've been staying at my moms and she cooks dinner!**
